  • What do you like most about working on the project? 

It gives me the opportunity to meet experts on a wide range of expertise. 

  • What is the coolest thing about your field? 

You can “play” with the state-of-the-art technology that was designed for detection, identification or protection against CBRN agents. 

  • What do you want to achieve with your research? 

As stated in the OPCW motto: Working together for a world free of chemical weapons. 

  • Name a value that drives you? 

Growth. I am constantly looking for opportunities to grow – increase my knowledge and skills – as a person and to help others grow, too. 

  • Share a turning point or defining moment in your work as a scientist? 

This type of moment occurs whenever you manage to develop a means that can save lives or when you train First responders who can safely respond to deadly CBRN threats. 

  • What do you enjoy doing outside of work? 

Outside of work, I enjoy an active lifestyle and outdoor activities. I love the mountains so hiking is the best activity for rest and relax for me. 

  • Name a favorite book/movie/podcast? Why is it so good? 

The Witcher. It is a series of six fantasy novels and fifteen short stories written by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski.
